FISHERIES REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 2 OF 2009) - REG 35

Secretary to publish address for return of cancelled documents

For the purposes of regulation 41(3), the Secretary must publish on the Department's internet site the address for the return of cancelled fisheries documents and copies of those documents required to be sent to the Secretary.
