Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) The licence holder must not use, or have on board a boat, more than the total of the following—
(a) the number of rock lobster pots authorised by the licence;
(b) the number of rock lobster pots determined by the Secretary under regulation 373(3).
(2) Despite subregulation (1), the licence holder must not, personally, or in association or conjunction with one or more other licence holders, use or have on board the boat specified in the licence more than 140 rock lobster pots in the western rock lobster zone.
