FISHERIES REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 2 OF 2009) - REG 44

Fisheries documents and copies not to be intentionally or recklessly damaged etc.

r. 44

The licence holder must ensure that—

        (a)     a fisheries document or a copy of a fisheries document in the possession of the licence holder is not intentionally or recklessly damaged, altered, defaced or otherwise interfered with; and

        (b)     information is not intentionally or recklessly erased from such a fisheries document or a copy of a fisheries document.
