FISHERIES REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 2 OF 2009) - REG 52

r. 52

    (1)     The licence holder must ensure that any fish or other animal taken—

        (a)     that the licence holder is not authorised to take (other than fish of a noxious aquatic species); or

        (b)     that is not required to be retained—

is immediately returned to the water with the least possible injury or damage.

    (2)     Subregulation (1) does not apply to the holder of a fish receiver's licence.
