Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) A person must not in, on or next to Victorian waters, remove roe or any other soft tissues from the shell of sea urchins.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2) A person must not in, on or next to Victorian waters, be in possession of roe or any other soft tissues which have been removed from the shell of sea urchins.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
(3) Subregulations (1) and (2) do not apply to a person who is acting under a general permit which authorises the activities specified in those subregulations.
