PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS REGULATIONS 2008 (SR NO 162 OF 2008) - REG 102

For the purposes of section 32M of the Act, the prescribed particulars are—

        (a)     the type of licence; and

        (b)     the name and address of the licence holder; and

        (c)     a description of the proposed variation.
