Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) The qualifications and experience required for a person to be able to be registered under section 221O of the Act to carry out a class of plumbing work set out in Column 2 of the Table in Part 1 of Schedule 3 are the qualifications and experience set out in Column 3 of that Table corresponding to that class of plumbing work.
(2) The qualifications and experience required for a person to be able to be licensed under section 221M of the Act to carry out a class of plumbing work set out in Column 2 of the Table in Part 1 of Schedule 3 are the qualifications and experience set out in Column 4 of the Table corresponding to that class of plumbing work.
