Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsA person, who immediately before the commencement date carried out any type of work described in regulation 17 that was not plumbing work under the old Regulations but is a type of fire protection work under these Regulations, is exempted from section 221D of the Act in relation to the carrying out of work of that type for the period ending one year after the commencement date.
