Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) This Rule applies where by any Act a bill in respect of costs to which this Part applies may be taxed by the Costs Court on an appointment obtained as of course and without an order of the Court on application by the client or other person liable to pay the costs.
(2) Application to the Costs Court to tax the bill shall be made by summons in accordance with Rule 63.38.
