TRANSPORT (TICKETING AND CONDUCT) REGULATIONS 2005 (SR NO 69 OF 2005) - REG 22
Animals not to stray
A person must not allow an animal to stray or wander onto or into a
rail vehicle, road vehicle or rail premises.
Penalty: 5 penalty units.
