TRANSPORT (TICKETING AND CONDUCT) REGULATIONS 2005 (SR NO 69 OF 2005) - REG 26

Spitting

r. 26

    (1)     A person must not spit in, on or at a rail vehicle, road vehicle or rail premises.

Penalty:     5 penalty units.

    (2)     A person must not spit at or on another person in or on a rail vehicle, road vehicle or rail premises.

Penalty:     10 penalty units.
