TRANSPORT (TICKETING AND CONDUCT) REGULATIONS 2005 (SR NO 69 OF 2005) - REG 46

r. 46

A person must not, without reasonable excuse—

        (a)     unlock a lock or open a locked door on any rail vehicle or road vehicle; or

        (b)     lock any unlocked door on any rail vehicle or road vehicle; or

        (c)     open or interfere with any locked gate or door on rail premises; or

        (d)     close or interfere with any unlocked or opened gate or door on rail premises; or

        (e)     open or hold open any door on any rail vehicle or road vehicle while the vehicle is in motion if the door provides access to the outside of the vehicle.

Penalty:     10 penalty units.
