Application to have a complaint expedited

119. Application to have a complaint expedited



(1) A complainant or respondent may apply in writing to the Commissioner for a
determination that the complaint be expedited.

(2) Within 10 days after receiving an application for expedition, the
Commissioner must-

   (a)  determine the application;

   (b)  give a copy of the determination to the complainant and the
        respondent.
