Annual reports

179. Annual reports

In its report of operations for a financial year under Part 7 of the
Financial Management Act 1994, the Commission-

   (a)  must include information on education programs, research and the
        review of Acts undertaken under section 162 during that financial
        year;

   (b)  may include any recommendations the Commission considers appropriate
        for the elimination or modification of discriminatory provisions of
        Acts.
