Offence of discriminatory advertising


195. Offence of discriminatory advertising

A person must not-

   (a)  publish or display; or

   (b)  authorise the publication or display of-

an advertisement or other notice that indicates, or could be reasonably
understood as indicating, that any person intends to engage in any conduct
that would contravene a provision of Part 3, 5 or 6. Penalty: 20 penalty
units.
