Proceedings for the offence of discriminatory advertising

197. Proceedings for the offence of discriminatory advertising



(1) Proceedings for an offence under section 195 may be brought by the
Commission.

(2) For the purpose of those proceedings, the Commission may, by written
notice, require any person to produce any documents specified in the notice to
the Commission.

(3) A person must not refuse, without reasonable excuse, to produce a document
referred to in subsection (2) to the Commission.

Penalty: 20 penalty units.
