225. Transitional provision-Equal Opportunity and Tolerance Legislation
(Amendment) Act 2006

The amendments made to section 134 by section 6 of the Equal Opportunity and
Tolerance Legislation (Amendment) Act 2006 apply to complaints lodged with the
Commission under section 105 of the Equal Opportunity Act 1995 on or after the
commencement of section 6 of the Equal Opportunity and Tolerance Legislation
(Amendment) Act 2006.
