226. Transitional provision-Justice Legislation (Further Amendment) Act 2006

A complaint may be made by a person or body referred to in section 104(1A) or
(1B) after the commencement of section 19 of the Justice Legislation (Further
Amendment) Act 2006, whether the complaint relates to an alleged contravention
of this Act that took place before or after that commencement.
