228. Additional transitional provision-Equal Opportunity Amendment
(Governance) Act 2009



(1) This section applies to any act done by the Commission or Chief
Conciliator before the commencement day that, on and from the commencement
day, may or must be done by the Commissioner.

(2) On and from the commencement day, the act is taken to have been done by
the Commissioner.

(3) In this section-

commencement day means the day on which the Equal Opportunity Amendment
(Governance) Act 2009 comes into operation. _________________
