Exception-special manner of providing a service A person may refuse to provide a service, or set reasonable terms for the provision of a service, to another person if the service would be required to be provided in a special manner because of the other person's impairment or physical features and- (a) the person cannot reasonably provide the service in that manner; or (b) the person can only reasonably provide the service in that manner on more onerous terms than the person could reasonably provide the service to a person without that impairment or those physical features.
