Harassment in industrial organisations (1) A member of an industrial organisation must not sexually harass- (a) a person seeking to become a member of that organisation; (b) another member of that organisation; (c) an employee of that organisation. (2) An employee of an industrial organisation must not sexually harass- (a) a person seeking to become a member of that organisation; (b) a member of that organisation.
