Procedure of Council


162D. Procedure of Council



(1) The Chairman shall preside at meetings of the Council at which he is
present and, if he is not present at a meeting, the members present shall
elect one of their number to be chairman of the meeting.

(2) Subject to regulations made under this Part, the Council may regulate its
own proceedings.
