Further powers and duties of certain officers

25. Further powers and duties of certain officers

In addition to any other powers and duties-

   (a)  the Secretary and every health officer shall have and may exercise all
        or any of the powers and duties of medical officers of health and of
        environmental health officers of councils; and





   (b)  every engineer and every environmental health officer who is an
        employee in the Department shall have and may exercise all or any of
        the powers and duties of environmental health officers of councils.
