Exceptions


306. Exceptions

Nothing in this Division shall operate to prohibit any person from
slaughtering or causing or permitting any person to slaughter any animal on
any premises subject to a farm rate under Part 8 of the
Local Government Act 1989 for consumption on such premises and not for sale
nor for use in the preparation of any food for sale.
