Registrations under other Acts


375. Registrations under other Acts

Save as otherwise expressly provided nothing in this Act shall excuse any
person from making any registration required pursuant to any other Act; but
any such registration or the renewal thereof may and when required by the
Secretary shall be refused in the case of any premises if any of the
requirements of this Act applicable thereto are not complied with.
