Proclamation

389. Proclamation



(1) The Governor in Council may make any proclamations provided for in this
Act.

(2) After the coming into operation of this Act all proclamations made under
this Act-

   (a)  shall be published in the Government Gazette;

   (b)  shall take effect on the date of the publication thereof or a later
        date specified therein;

   (c)  may if so expressed therein take effect with respect to any specified
        municipal district or part thereof; and if not so expressed shall take
        effect throughout Victoria;

   (d)  may be rescinded revoked amended or varied by like proclamation; and

   (e)  shall so long as they are not rescinded or revoked have the like force
        and effect as if enacted in this Act.
