Offences by occupiers and others410. Offences by occupiers and others (1) The occupier of any premises or any person who prevents obstructs or hinders the owner thereof or the agent receiving the rent for the same from or in obeying or carrying into effect any of the provisions of this Act shall be guilty of an offence against this Act. (2) If the occupier of any premises when requested by or on behalf of the Secretary or the council to state the name of the owner of the premises refuses or wilfully omits to disclose or wilfully misstates the same he shall be guilty of an offence against this Act.
