Power to authorize proceedings


434. Power to authorize proceedings





(1) The Secretary may direct either generally or in any particular case
proceedings to be taken in respect of breaches of or offences against this Act
wherever committed.

(2) Any council may direct either generally or in any particular case
proceedings to be taken in respect of breaches of or offences against this Act
committed in its municipal district.
