Power of officers to prosecute

435. Power of officers to prosecute





(1) Any authorized officer of the Department or of any council or any
authorized member of the police force may prosecute for any breach of or
offence against this Act.



(2) Any inspector of a council may without any general or particular direction
of the council take proceedings against any person offending against any
by-laws made by such council.

(3) No fee shall be payable on the issue of any summons for the purposes of
any such prosecution or proceedings.
