Appeal

445. Appeal





(1) Any person who feels himself aggrieved by any conviction or order of the
Magistrates' Court under this Act may appeal from such conviction or order to
the County Court in the manner and on the conditions prescribed by any law in
force relating to appeals from the Magistrates' Court to the County Court.



(2) In this section person who feels himself aggrieved includes and shall be
deemed at all times to have included any person who, with respect to a charge
filed by him under this Act, is dissatisfied with any conviction or order
(including the dismissal of the charge) of the Magistrates' Court.
