Regulations

47D. Regulations



(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations for or with respect to-

   (a)  the prevention of and abatement of nuisances; and

   (b)  any other matter or thing required or permitted by this Part to be
        prescribed or necessary to be prescribed to give effect to this Part.

(2) The Regulations are subject to disallowance by a House of Parliament.
