Offence of failing to comply with terms etc. of licence or approval

110. Offence of failing to comply with terms etc. of licence or approval

A person to whom a licence or approval has been granted or renewed under this
Part or section 51 or 52 must-

   (a)  comply with the terms, conditions, limitations or restrictions of the
        licence or approval; or

   (b)  if the condition, limitation or restriction must be complied with by
        another person, take reasonable steps to ensure that the term,
        condition or restriction is complied with.

Penalty: 240 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment or both.
