Resignation and removal

125. Resignation and removal



(1) A member of the Authority may resign the office of member by writing
signed by the member and addressed to the Governor in Council.

(2) The Governor in Council may at any time remove a member of the Authority
from office.

(3) If a member of the Authority dies, resigns or is removed from office, the
Governor in Council may, in accordance with this Act, on the nomination of the
Minister, fill the vacant office.

(4) A member appointed under subsection (3) holds office for the rest of the
term of appointment of the member whose place she or he fills.
