164. Supreme Court-limitation of jurisdiction

It is the intention of this section to alter or vary section 85 of the
Constitution Act 1975 to the extent necessary to prevent the Supreme Court
from-

   (a)  entertaining an action in which a decision or purported decision of
        the Authority under section 99(1) or a decision or purported decision
        of the Authority under section 106 or 107 in relation to an approval
        under section 99(1) is sought to be appealed against, reviewed,
        challenged, quashed or called in question; or

   (b)  entertaining an action of the kind referred to in section 151.
