Inspection of Registers

70. Inspection of Registers



(1) A person of or over 18 years of age in respect of whom information is kept
in a Register under this Division may, at any time during ordinary business
hours, inspect that information if the information does not also relate to
someone else.





(2) The parent or guardian of a person under 18 years of age in respect of
whom information is kept in a Register under this Division may, at any time
during ordinary business hours, inspect that information, if the information
does not also relate to someone other than the child.
