35. Transfer of a current certificate to a certificate of competency under
these Regulations



If the Authority is satisfied that a certificate of competency referred to in
regulation 7(4)(b) or 7(4)(c) is equivalent to a certificate of competency
under these Regulations, the Authority may issue to the person who holds the
certificate the equivalent certificate of competency under these Regulations,
if the person-

   (a)  applies to the Authority in a form determined by the Authority; and





   (b)  pays a fee of $37.
