Western Australia LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY Appropriation (Consolidated Fund) Bill (No. 4) 2002 A Bill for An Act to appropriate out of the Consolidated Fund -- • a sum for capital payments made during the year ended 30 June 2000 under the authority of the Treasurer's Advance Authorization Act 1999; • a sum for capital payments made during the year ended 30 June 2001 under the authority of the Treasurer's Advance Authorization Act 2000; and • a sum for capital payments made during the year ended 30 June 2002 under the authority of the Treasurer's Advance Authorization Act 2001. The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows: 1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Consolidated Fund) Act (No. 4) 2002. page 1 146 -- 1 Appropriation (Consolidated Fund) Bill (No. 4) 2002 s. 2 2. Commencement This Act comes into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent. 3.
