The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows: page 1 Obsolete Legislation Repeal Bill 2015 Part 1 Preliminary s. 1 1 Part 1 -- Preliminary 2 1. Short title 3 This is the Obsolete Legislation Repeal Act 2015. 4 2. Commencement 5 This Act comes into operation on the day after the day on which 6 it receives the Royal Assent. page 2 Obsolete Legislation Repeal Bill 2015 Repeal of WA Acts Part 2 s. 3 1 Part 2 -- Repeal of WA Acts 2 3. Business Licensing Amendment Act 1995 repealed 3 The Business Licensing Amendment Act 1995 is repealed. 4 4. Fire and Emergency Services Authority of Western Australia 5 (Consequential Provisions) Act 1998 repealed 6 The Fire and Emergency Services Authority of Western 7 Australia (Consequential Provisions) Act 1998 is repealed. 8 5. Housing Societies Repeal Act 2005 repealed 9 The Housing Societies Repeal Act 2005 is repealed. 10 6. Imperial Acts repealed 3 (1) These Imperial Acts are repealed in so far as they are part of the 4 law of Western Australia -- 5 (a) 6 & 7 Will. IV c. 98 9 [The Bills of exchange (non-payment) (1832)] 10 [Adopted by Imperial Acts Adopting Act 1836]; 11 (c) 11 Geo. IV & 1 Will. IV c. 47 12 [The Debts Recovery Act 1830] 13 [Adopted by Imperial Acts Adopting Act 1836]; 14 (d) 2 & 3 Vict. c. 60 (1839) 15 [The Debts Recovery Act 1839] 16 [Adopted by Imperial Acts Adopting Act 1844]; 17 (e) 11 Geo.
