Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Principal
Registrar shall, subject to the rules, perform such duties as were immediately
prior to the coming into operation of the Acts Amendment (Master,
Supreme Court) Act 1979 , performed by the Master of the Supreme Court in
reference to proceedings in the ecclesiastical jurisdiction of the Court, and
such other duties, as may be prescribed by the rules.
(2) Subject to the
rules the powers and authority conferred on the Principal Registrar by this
Part may be exercised by a registrar.
