For the purpose of
determining what is a reasonable price at which an object shall be offered for
sale to the Minister under the provisions of section 43 the State
Administrative Tribunal shall have regard only to the amount that might
reasonably be expected to be offered by a willing purchaser in the State and
shall not take into account any price that might be obtained elsewhere.
