Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts Where an object which
is or has been of sacred, ritual or ceremonial significance to persons of
Aboriginal descent is in the possession, custody or control of the Minister,
the Minister shall not exhibit the object, or cause or permit it to be
exhibited, in a manner or to persons not sanctioned by relevant Aboriginal
custom.
