ASSOCIATIONS INCORPORATION ACT 2015 - SECT 103

103 .         What must be included in application

        (1)         An application under section 102 must contain —

            (a)         copies of the special resolutions referred to in section 102(4); and

            (b)         a statement signed by a member of the management committee of each incorporated association concerned that the special resolution of that association was passed in accordance with this Act; and

            (c)         the same information in relation to the new body as is required to be provided in relation to an association under section 7; and

            (d)         any other information prescribed for the purposes of this subsection.

        (2)         Sections 7(2), (3), (4) and (5), 23, 24 and 25 apply in respect of a new body, with all necessary changes, and any reference in those sections to an application for incorporation includes a reference to an application under section 102.
