ASSOCIATIONS INCORPORATION ACT 2015 - SECT 124

124 .         By whom application may be made

                An application to the Supreme Court for the winding up of an incorporated association may be made by —

            (a)         the incorporated association; or

            (b)         a member of the incorporated association; or

            (c)         the Commissioner; or

            (d)         the Minister; or

            (e)         a creditor, in the case of an application based on the ground specified in Schedule 4 item 5.
