Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Commissioner
must, in writing, cancel the incorporation of an incorporated association with
effect on and from a day that the Commissioner considers appropriate and
specifies if —
(a) the
Commissioner is satisfied that the requirements of this Division in respect of
the association have been complied with; and
(b) the
association has lodged with the Commissioner the certificate referred to in
section 139(1)(b).
(2) The Commissioner
may cause notice of a cancellation under subsection (1) to be published in the
Gazette if the Commissioner considers that public notification of the
cancellation is desirable.
