ASSOCIATIONS INCORPORATION ACT 2015 - SECT 161

161 .         Commissioner must keep register of incorporated associations and other documents

        (1)         The Commissioner must keep —

            (a)         a register of incorporated associations; and

            (b)         a copy of the following —

                  (i)         the rules of each incorporated association;

                  (ii)         any alteration to the rules of an incorporated association;

                  (iii)         every other document required by this Act to be lodged with the Commissioner.

        (2)         The register may contain such particulars as the Commissioner thinks fit.

        (3)         The register and documents may be kept in the manner the Commissioner thinks fit.
