Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) Subject to
section 165, it is sufficient compliance with a requirement under this Act
that a document be lodged with the Commissioner if the Commissioner receives a
copy of the document by facsimile or electronic transmission.
(2) If the
Commissioner receives from a person a copy of a document under subsection (1),
the Commissioner may require that person to produce and lodge the original
within the time specified by the Commissioner.
(3) If the person does
not comply with a requirement of the Commissioner within the specified time,
the person is to be taken not to have lodged the document.
