association must lodge with the Commissioner notice of an address or postal
address for service of any process, notice or other document on the
association.
Penalty: a fine of $1 000.
(2) A statutory
manager appointed under Part 8 may lodge with the Commissioner notice of an
address or postal address for service of any process, notice or other document
on the association during the period of the statutory manager’s
appointment.
