ASSOCIATIONS INCORPORATION ACT 2015 - SECT 175

175 .         Change of address

        (1)         An incorporated association must give notice to the Commissioner of the change of its address —

            (a)         as specified under section 7(2)(a) or 103(1); or

            (b)         as notified under section 174 or 203; or

            (c)         as previously notified under this section.

        Penalty: a fine of $1 000.

        (2)         The notice must be given within 28 days after the change occurs.
