Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Governor may
make regulations prescribing all matters and things that by this Act are
required or permitted to be prescribed or that are necessary or convenient to
be prescribed for giving effect to this Act and in particular for and with
respect to prescribing and providing for the payment of fees.
(2) Different fees may
be prescribed in respect of the lodging of a document according to the method
by which the document is lodged.
