transition period , in relation to an incorporated
association, means the period allowed by or under section 198 or 199 for the
association to ensure that its rules comply with section 22.
(2) If, at the end of
the transition period in relation to an incorporated association, the rules of
the association do not comply with section 22, the model rules apply as the
rules of the association to the extent that the association’s rules do
not —
(a)
address a matter referred to in Schedule 1 Division 1; or
(b)
comply with any applicable requirement under Schedule 1 Division 2.
